Did you receive your order and one or more products don't meet your expectations? Whatever the reason, you can return within 60 days after we dispatched your order. We made returning products as easy as possible.
We send Piercings and Earrings in a clear bag, allowing you to inspect and measure the product without breaking the seal. You can return products that are still sealed for a refund. Piercings and Earrings are hygienic products and cannot be sold again once the seal is broken. As part of our service, you can return opened Piercings or Earrings for a refund in Rewards Points within 30 days of dispatch. We will make sure the materials get recycled.
You can find the Return Form on the back of the booklet that was included with your delivery. You can also download a Return Form below. Make sure to fully fill the form and include it with your Return Shipment.
