In cases where you are not satisfied with the solution offered by our customer service, you can file a complaint. These complaints are always assessed by a manager.

Once your complaint has been received by us we will respond within 5 business days.

If you aren't satisfied with the resolution, you can always report your complaint via the Online Dispute Resolution of the European Commission.
