You can expect all products that you order from Piercing Mania to be of good quality. Due to many piercings and jewellery being fragile and having short average lifespans they have a limited warranty period.

Our piercings and jewellery come with a 6 month warranty period. This starts from the moment you receive the product. Exceptions to this guarantee may be present due to the nature of many of our piercings and jewellery. These may include conditions on the use and maintenance of products.


Within the warranty period, you have 5 working days once noticing a defect to report it to us via service@piercingmania.co.uk. Providing a clear description of the problem and including clear photos will help us resolve any problems with defects quickly.

If a product shows a defect in the first 30 days of the warranty period we will replace this with a new one. You can also request a refund. Please clearly state which option you wish for when you first contact our customer service. Some products may have to be returned to process the warranty. In such cases, follow the returns instructions provided by our customer service team to return the product free of charge.

These points can be used to order other items from our online store and are valid for 365 days.
