Did you order several products but have not received all of them? Please check your shipping confirmation email. It shows all the products we dispatched. If the dispatch confirmation does not show all products you ordered there are two possible scenarios:


You had your order shipped partially! On your order confirmation, your shipping method shows if your order was shipped partially or not.


Something was not in stock after all! In that case, there is a card with your delivery which contains more information. We will make sure to send the missing item as soon as possible.


If it turns out that you miss an item that should have been dispatched, we are here to help. Please contact us and provide your order number and the item code of the missing product. One of our customer support representatives will assist you further.
